These are recordings of live teaching classes.
They have only been lightly edited to maintain the ambiance of the live classroom. 
The classes contain interaction, comments by students and real questions and answers. 

Our goal is not to present a "professional" recording but, rather,
to provide a "learning environment" that is conducive to spiritual enlightenment.

LISTEN--You can listen to the classes on line without waiting for long download times.  The player is on our site so that the files do not need to be downloaded to your system. 

DOWNLOAD--You can download the MP3 file to your system if you desire.  The files are large, over 50 megabytes, so you don't want to do this unless you are on a high-speed Internet connection.  If you are using Internet Explorer, right click on the download link and select 'Save As'.  Use the corresponding command if you are using a different browser.
